Beauty changes more than appearance—it restores identity. Twenty years ago, I founded the Beauty Becomes You Foundation. Today, that legacy is expanding into the Beauty Becomes You Movement through Senior Select Certification—helping older adults thrive, empowering compassionate professionals, and supporting family caregivers. Because looking good helps us feel good, feeling good inspires us to do good, and everyone deserves to thrive with dignity, hope, and purpose. That’s the Beauty Becomes You Movement.

BaLinda MiChaels is a champion of possibility, training actors to believe in themselves and in the impossible. Grounded in purpose, confidence and self-care, she feels good, looks good and does good mentoring talent, sharing positive messages and opening doors for others through BMTA.

I am very grateful to the judges for selecting me to participate in this competition! I’ve been involved in Men’s work since 1991 and at work on becoming my best self, though our jargon is slightly different. I intend to inspire those younger than myself!

At 46, Candi embodies what it means to feel good, look good, and do good. A mother, entrepreneur, influencer, and mentor, she empowers women to embrace confidence, elevate their personal brands, and pursue their purpose. Through mentorship and community involvement, Candi proves fabulous has no age limit—it’s a lifestyle.

Dentist, educator, and Mom of two, Dr. Brittany Harness believes feeling and looking your best starts with being healthy. She’s passionate about changing how families think about oral health-connecting the dots between our mouths, breathing, sleep, and whole-body health, while giving people tools to advocate for themselves and their families.

Dr. Kristin Marchman is a wife, proud mom of three (plus a cat named a Kevin), entrepreneur, and business owner dedicated to helping others live healthier, more fulfilled lives. She is passionate about wellness, finds joy in the little moments, loves supporting her community, and strives to glorify God in all she does.

Dr. Laura Emiko Soltis is probably causing good trouble as we speak. If she happens to look good while doing it, it is entirely accidental. She prefers to focus on building an interracial beloved community here in Atlanta. She achieves this by learning from her mentors in the Black Freedom Movement, supporting her undocumented students at Freedom University, and bringing diverse people together in a spirit of mutual care. Her full name means, “crowned with laurels, the intelligent and beautiful one who leads the village.”

Dr. Tapeka Fennell-Francis has pioneered a groundbreaking framework in natural medicine as creator of Atmospheric Intelligence (AI)™, uniting mind, body, spirit, and one’s surroundings. Through innovation, education, and community impact, she is transforming how people approach well-being – inspiring intentional living where feeling good, looking good, and doing good begin from within.

Erin has spent over 15 years turning her passion for giving back into meaningful impact. Professionally, she leads regional giving and volunteerism for her Fortune 500 employer. Personally, she leads little voices in worship at church, and gives back to the world of pageantry as a former Miss United States. But, her greatest joy is teaching her daughter the importance of serving others.

I believe being fabulous over 40 is about lifting others as you rise. Through “Women in Biz” , I champion women supporting women, while my gallery creates opportunities for Atlanta artists and brings art into our community. To me, success is using what I’ve built to open doors, support others, and help them shine. “

I’m a mom on a mission — confident, purpose-driven, all in for my community. Saving lives and preventing injuries is my calling. I championed Madison’s Booster Seat Law in Georgia, named for my daughter, and wrote the award-nominated children’s book Francie & Fitz Booster Buddies, helping every family get home safe.

My greatest joy comes from helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered. As a nurse, mother, and Director of Community Relations, I build bridges between healthcare and community. I believe true success is measured by lives touched, and I strive to create opportunities for wellness, connection, and positive change throughout Atlanta.

Joe exemplifies what it means to use success to lift others through mentorship, service, coaching, and leadership. He prioritizes feeling good by living with purpose, passion, and generosity; looking good by leading with confidence; and doing good by mentoring youth, coaching sports, supporting nonprofits, and inspiring others to thrive.

I’m passionate about serving others through faith, mentorship, and community. With over 17 years of sobriety, I sponsor others in recovery, mentor men and young creatives, volunteer through my church, and support those in need. I believe true success is measured by how we use our gifts to uplift others.

For me, being over 40 means leading with purpose, gratitude, and heart. As a business owner, I’m passionate about uplifting others, serving my community, and creating opportunities to make a difference. I believe we feel our best by giving back, look our best when we’re confident, and do our best by lifting others every day.

Julie McGee embodies feeling good, looking good, and doing good. Her Buckhead studio, True Glow, has thrived for years mastering skin of every age—hydration and health, not just beautiful tans. Now her patent-pending sunless invention is celebrated worldwide, welcoming her as an educator and inspiration for women, entrepreneurs, and inventors everywhere.

For 12 years, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others protect theirs. My husband‘s heart journey inspired me to advocate for heart health, help advance, life-saving legislation, earn a mayoral proclamation, build a wellness business as a certified personal trainer, and author a book available on Barnes & Noble. All to inspire healthier, stronger lives.

Coming to America from Ukraine at 20 taught me to see possibility differently. I reinvented my career through photography and built a creative studio where people connect, collaborate and celebrate. Through community events and creative work, I hold space for others to feel seen, belong and imagine what’s possible next – together.

Service to community by giving my time, talent, connections and treasure is part of my DNA. We can’t do everything, but must do something. I am because others gave to me.

Kristin Jordan knows fabulous isn’t about having a perfect life: it’s about what you do with the life you’ve been given. An author, speaker, entrepreneur and marriage advocate, she has turned hard seasons into deeper purpose. Through Marriage Masterpeace, Kristin is on a mission to impact one million marriages while living boldly, serving deeply and building legacy.

She has devoted her life to empowering caregivers, fighting food insecurity, advancing brain health, and restoring hope. She embodies Over 40 & Fabulous because the greatest measure of success isn’t what we achieve—it’s who we lift.

Michelle Smith believes kindness creates a ripple effect. Through her work as Minty the Elf and co-founding The Sleigh Society, she equips performers to compassionately serve children, families, and seniors, multiplying joy throughout the community. She embodies feeling good, looking good, and doing good by helping others make a lasting difference.

Michelle Taylor Willis exemplifies what it means to thrive over 40. An award-winning media executive, author and community leader, she’s been named among Atlanta’s most powerful women and honored with Michelle Taylor Willis Day. She inspires others to feel good, look good and do good.

I believe in building people up and creating opportunities for others. I’ve worked hard for my life and understand what it means to need support. Through movement, mentorship and community, I promise to support others. Helping people achieve while including everyone is a core value. Rachel Powers makes people feel seen while helping them grow. As a visibility scientist and brand strategist, she builds partnerships rooted in mutualism to create opportunities where everyone thrives. Through Mrs. Brand Advisor and Get In The Room™, she turns feeling good, looking good, and doing good into community impact.

I started my business as a mom of 3 girls under 5, needing them safe! My mission: no one loses a child or anyone they love to drowning. Water is life, it’s peace, my happy place. Vote for helping others overcome fear, finding that same joy, and accessing lifesaving skills.

Taryn Eagle is an author, entrepreneur, retired U.S. Marine and police officer, and lifelong advocate for personal growth. With an MBA and certifications in nutrition, fitness, and transformation, she combines decades of leadership and business experience with a passion for wellness, healthy aging, travel, and helping others live fully.

At 51, I’ve discovered a fabulous life should get bigger, not smaller. I’ve lost 70 pounds, teach spin at the YMCA, mentor colleagues, create things that didn’t exist before, and use my voice to make room for others. I show up, take chances, laugh often, hug freely, and keep becoming.

I believe true beauty is how we live, serve, and leave people better than we found them. I embody feeling good, looking good, and doing good by creating spaces where women flourish, relationships strengthen, and wellness becomes a lifestyle. I’ve transformed adversity into purpose and purpose into meaningful community impact.
