Allison Grady

Generosity of heart and spirit defines Allison, whether cooking for her husband, family and friends, loving on her dog, or mentoring and developing her goal-surpassing team. A passionate, collaborative leader at Wolfgang Puck Catering, Allison focuses on inspiring people to be their authentic selves and creating joy-sparking experiences for clients.

Brandi Rhodes

Brandi Rhodes is a former pro athlete committed to her community. She created Naked Mind Yoga + Pilates, encouraging all to get active in a beautiful space with affordable memberships and childcare on site. With KultureCity, Brandi contributed the Rhodes-Wilkins Sensory Room inside the Georgia Aquarium making it accessible to all.

Dr. Teri Moak

As a plastic surgeon specializing in aesthetic surgery, Dr. Teri Moak’s passion lies in empowering others and building confidence through surgical artistry that enhances each person’s inherent, unique beauty. She believes in celebrating individuality and is known for her deep commitment to and compassion for her patients and her community.

Jessica Black Ipek

Hi everyone, many know me as Atlanta’s own Cinderella, after volunteering with the children of Bert’s Big Adventure for over 13 years. My name is Jessica Black Ipek, A proud resident of Atlanta. Born and raised in Georgia. I’m beyond honored to be nominated for Best Self Magazine’s Over 40 & Fabulous contest. What an amazing platform to shine the light on several life changing non-profits. Volunteering and helping others is my number one passion, along with living a healthy well balanced life focusing on overall wellness. Thank you for voting and sharing with your friends and loved ones. Together we can all make a difference in someone’s life.

I’m passionate about promoting wellness and sustainability through our organic farming practices @happi.farm.ga. I dedicate my time to a nonprofit organization that supports children, as I believe in empowering the next generation with positive wisdom. The power of community can be unstoppable. I strive to create a welcoming space where everyone can learn something positive and appreciate the beauty of the natural world.

Fashion and Entertainment Attorney and Creator of Raeha Vision TV and Millennials Chamber of Commerce. I find peace and joy when I am authentically being who I am and serving my purpose as a messenger and conduit to help others on their journey of doing the same – being who we are living our truths and expressing, sharing and celebrating our God-given gifts and encouraging others to do the same. From the track to the runway, his energy inspires action, and his dedication to giving back is unmatched.

Xavier Cugnon

Over the hill, climbing hard. I’m a Marine focused on giving back to communities that shaped me. As the VP of HR at Arrow Exterminators, Veterans Committee chair, instructor, SHRM-Atlanta board member, and advisor to Clark Atlanta University, I’m adamant about outpacing younger me and feeling more fabulous than ever.

Amy Rees

As a solopreneur and the Creator of Personality Plates™, I’ve built a business based on celebrating sisterhood. After raising kids as a single mom, I turned my hobby into a brand that honors friendship while also giving back to organizations like G.A.A.B.C. My goal is to continue connecting women and help them share their stories.

Ashley Boggs

A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Ashley started Bodysmart Integral Health over 25 years ago, has revived her practice to transform herself and clients’ mind and body. Her mission is to help people explore cleaner choices in what they apply topically or ingest to improve their longevity. As an active board member In the Rotary Club of Peachtree Corners, Ashley is the Public Image Chair, supporting the “magic of Rotary” through the High School Career Night, fundraising to support STEM school gardens and reading to children. As the Sponsorships Director for the Norcross Youth Baseball and Softball Association Ashley works with partners to support student athletes. An ambassador for ShowMe50.org, Ashley supports the non-profit mission to provide a platform that levels the playing field for women through education and programs supporting a culture of gender equality and 50% of women in senior leadership positions. Lastly, Ashley is a Lector Reader at her church, Christ Church Episcopal of Norcross, a place all belong. Professionally, she advises CEO’s on growth strategies and incorporates a holistic attitude of peak performance and sustainable growth across all her business and service relationships as the CEO Founder of Vision Media Group, also founded a quarter century ago. Whether she is reviewing a restaurant, podcasting, filming for YouTube or social channels, or building brands, Ashley believes that the key to timeless beauty if doing good while looking good, building others up, and sharing in the knowledge of how you got there and what you overcame. Being ‘bodysmart’ is about good choices – choices that support our mental, physical and spiritual well being so we can be our best self.

Becky Costa

Becky Costa’s story of one of struggle & success. She and her family immigrated from Brazil in the early 90’s, with all of them achieving citizen status by 2022. Entrepreneurship was part of Becky’s DNA from an early age, first working for her family’s business, then starting a business with her husband in 2015 that has grown to create jobs for over 50 employees as of 2024. As Co-Founder of Top Shop Stone in Atlanta, Becky serves on several volunteer boards for industry associations, and she supports faith-baded local charities that provide care to those in need both locally and regionally. In her personal life, Becky is mother to two beautiful girls, Lindsey & Skylar, wife to Jay Allen, and adoptive mommy to Ema and Tiger, her two little puppies

I am a veteran teacher at Sarah Smith Elementary where I was named Teacher of the Year last year. I am also a spin instructor at TURN Studio after working for Burn Studios for almost nine years. I am an advocate and donor to LGBTQ, public education, and art campaigns.

Kendra Lendsey

Kendra Lendsey is a dedicated Pro Aging Advocate, Author, Podcaster, and Public Speaker. Married for 23 years, she inspires women over 40 to live authentically. With two amazing sons, Kendra promotes self-acceptance and empowerment, encouraging her audience to embrace their unique journeys and thrive in every aspect of life.

Rita Lang

A lifelong advocate for holistic wellness and women’s empowerment, my purpose is to help others achieve their potential through mind, body, and soul integration. I am committed to heal my clients from the inside out, foster confidence, self-love, and well-being to achieve their dreams while looking, feeling, and doing good.
