Escape south of the border with daring bites at Casi Cielo. This boundary-pushing appetizer delights with the fresh charred grilled octopus, topped with a veggie glaze and salsa veracruzana served over a mix of rustic potatoes and Oaxacan pork rinds (chicharróns). Anything but ordinary this dish is best enjoyed out on the patio, cocktail in hand. 6125 Roswell Rd., Ste. 200. Instagram.com/casicieloatl
