What recommendations do you have for someone looking to take 10 years off their age?

What’s something you’re most proud of your team for?

We are active with many industry groups and organizations and our favorite is the 2TO10 Project, of which I’m a founding member and former chair. This organization is composed of salons that have multiple locations and are market leaders in their area. We get together yearly to share best practices and process issues relevant to the industry to help us all build stronger environments for our teams to flourish.

What’s new for Bob Steele Salon?

Earlier this year, Bob Steele Salon’s parent company, So Chic Salon Brands, Inc., acquired a two-location brand, W Daly Salon + Spa, located in Peachtree City and Newnan. With this addition, the So Chic Salon Brands will now have seven salon locations across the state.
