Simple Chicken Salad

There are no complex ingredients that take away from the delicious flavor of the basic ingredients in this recipe, courtesy of Cafè at Pharr. The cafe also bakes fresh bread daily and does not use any oil, butter, sugar, milk or preservatives to keep the menu offerings healthy.
Ingredients
1 1/2 shedded boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup golden raisins
3-4 Tbsp of Hellmann’s reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 tsp of salt
A dash of black pepper
Instructions: Mix ingredients, chill and serve. Serves 4-6; 262 calories per serving. For healthier results, use reduced-fat mayonnaise and only fresh white-meat chicken breasts.
