Grilled Tilapia Taco
2-ounce fresh tilapia filet
¼ cup shredded lettuce
1 ounce red pepper
1 ounce yellow onion
1 sliced avocado
1 wheat tortilla
1 ounce vinaigrette (store-bought is fine)
Olive oil, for sautéing
Instructions: Grill fish until flaky (about 2-3 minutes per side), using salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning. Sauté red pepper and onion together in olive oil. Grill tortilla on both sides until soft. Fill tortillas with ingredients and enjoy.
1½ ounces of your favorite tequila
¼ ounce of Gran Torres Liquor
¼ ounce of Triple Sec
2 ounces of Sinless Margarita Mix (www.sinlesscocktails.com)
Instructions: Combine ingredients over ice and shake well. For a frozen treat, combine in a blender with ice. Add a lime and enjoy this low-cal, low-sugar summertime treat!
