At-Home Workout Tips
1. Take inventory of household items. Grab a gallon of water for curls or slippers as sliders for mountain climbers. Get creative!
2. Don’t move furniture. Instead, try using the coffee table for dips or your couch for step-ups!
3. Let the fresh air in. Open a window or door to help elevate your mood and keep the gym smell out of your home.
