One of the benefits of working from home is taking an unconventional lunch break! Use your break time to fit in some wellness with Lunchtime Zoom Yoga & Pilates with MELT instructor Karen B. Wells. These weekly midday moves will be available every Wednesday at 1 p.m. for only $10 a class. Are you more of a night owl? Try her Late Night Zoom class on Mondays from 9:30-10:30p.m.
