Kickboxing: This is the “Real Deal.” A 60-minute cross-training, interval class combining boxing, kickboxing and footwork using heavy bags, jump ropes, and athletic moves. Burn calories and build strength as you learn simple to complex combinations of kicking and punching. Classes are Thursdays at 11:15 a.m. and 6:15 p.m.
