Known for his flavorsome and nutritious eats, Mitchell Anderson (pictured below) has opened a second location of MetroFresh. At the 1,900-square-foot restaurant inside One Midtown Plaza, diners can expect a rotating array of soups, salads, sandwiches and after-work small plates. Aside from delectable dishes such as coconut and octopus ceviche, the establishment will also showcase live music and have a full cocktail bar with seasonal signature beverages using farm fresh ingredients—making it the perfect pit stop before an evening at the nearby High Museum of Art. Plus, don’t feel like cooking after a long work day? Snag one of the restaurant’s takeaway dinner entrées. A weekly menu will be posted so busy bees can place orders in advance.
