Our team had the pleasure of experiencing this new concept and we’re still day dreaming about the croqueta de jamón, wagyu albóndigas and crispy buñuelo de sunchoke. Yum… But, you really can’t go wrong with the ever classic patatas bravas. Round out your evening with an espresso and a bite of their Basque cheesecake—a rich and creamy, crustless dessert that originates from the coastal Basque region of Spain.
