Spring has Sprung at The Select
Spring is right around the corner and The Select is celebrating in a big way. Known for its breathtaking floral ceiling decor, The Select has added a stunning new interactive installation of blooming flowers. Enjoy a full sensory experience by taking in the new pastel moving flowers alongside fresh menu items.
For dinner, sample tasty cauliflower hummus, steak tartare, hot Blue Crab dip, wild boar ragu and a Wagyu smash burger topped with heirloom tomato, caramelized onions and smoked garlic and truffle aioli.
Book warm afternoon happy hours for Tequila Tuesdays where you’ll sip on classic margaritas and passion fruit cantaritos, both made with Lunazul Reposado, an agave tequila known for its fruity aroma and hints of vanilla.
The Select will also be serving up authentic Mexican dishes of chicken enchiladas, street-style steak tacos and our personal favorite, the chicken tinga tostadas, made with shredded chicken, rich guajillo sauce, lettuce, queso fresco and sour cream. Spice up your food (and drinks) with a dash of their house-made habanero hot sauce. But beware: its heat rivals Georgia’s summer temps.
