Emergent Testing, EmergentNow and Lux Diagnostics
Dr. Jonathan Goss is shaking up the healthcare industry by making it his goal to bring dedicated, passionate care to the community outside of traditional hospital walls. Seeing the limited access to COVID-19 testing during the pandemic, Dr. Goss, an emergency care physician turned entrepreneur, created Emergent Testing and the LUX Diagnostics laboratory to assist Atlantans in providing quicker results to keep families safe.
“As the world grew desperate to protect their families and workplaces, I wanted to become part of the solution.” –Dr. Goss
Emergent Testing is a community initiative that administers vaccines and Rapid and PCR COVID-19 testing with same-day results at several drive-up locations in Georgia, South Carolina and Houston, Texas. Dr. Goss and his team of highly-qualified health professionals provide medical guidance during patient follow-up visits for COVID-19 positive patients to help them manage their symptoms or prescribe a treatment like the COVID pill. But, Dr. Goss’ dedication to community healthcare doesn’t stop with COVID-19.
Dr. Goss has expanded his telehealth practice, EmergentNOW, to fill the gaps between primary care and urgent care.
