Mommy Makeover Q&A with Dr. Alan Larsen, Buckhead Plastic Surgery
Q: What qualifications make you a boss?
A: I created Buckhead Plastic Surgery more than 20 years ago to showcases my expertise and world-class technical skills as a double board-certified plastic surgeon. My patients enjoy the benefit of having surgery at Chastain Surgery Center, a private state-of-the-art surgery and recovery facility designed with our most discerning clients in mind and committed to rigorous patient care, safety and sterile operating standards.
Q: How does a mommy makeover work?
A: A mommy makeover is designed to address the various changes experienced from pregnancy and breastfeeding, which typically combines cosmetic breast surgery with a tummy tuck, body lift or liposuction. Combining the procedures in a single operation includes the benefit of only having to recover from a single operation, meaning you can get back to your normal life as quickly as possible. We find that our patients benefit from improved self-confidence and overall lifestyle satisfaction after a mommy makeover. Many even wish they had had their surgeries sooner.
Q: What questions should I ask about the procedure?
A: When you go in for a consultation, you want to make sure you can get the results you want and make sure you don’t have any unique risk factors. Make sure you understand why you are or are not a good candidate when you ask this question.
Q: What results can I expect?
A: Dr. Larsen’s vast experience allows him to assess your individual needs and provide you with the best surgical plan for your mommy makeover. You can take his expertise and advice and make the decision that you feel most comfortable with. You can trust that your personalized plan will yield the best outcome based on your wants and needs.
