Raeha Kim, Creative Storyteller and Woman of Faith

Raeha Kim

Raeha Kim’s passion for self-expression, from fashion to public speaking, has been a guiding force throughout her life. After immigrating from South Korea, she found joy in connecting across cultures to uplift and empower others. When not with her rescue pup Lulu, she serves on boards like the Entertainment Tourism Alliance of Georgia, the Alliance of Women Directors and the U.S. Pan Asian Chamber of Commerce Southeast Chapter. A bold creative with a grateful mindset, Raeha believes that at any age, we aren’t meant to simply exist—we’re meant to truly live.

What do you think is the secret to aging gracefully?
Follow the 80–20 rule. Invest 80% in our core and 20% on the outer exterior. For example, instead of focusing on being a certain size, focus on being healthy. Drink lots of water, eat healthy, exercise, meditate, pray, get fresh air and really make the time to reflect and date yourself more and more. Then invest 20% to take care of your skin, put your best fashion
gear on, etc.

How do you use compelling stories to reshape the entertainment industry?
At Raeha Vision TV, rather than focusing on what controversy or drama will bring in viewers, we focus on creating a positive impact. We do this by sharing stories of amazing people who beat the odds and defined success on their own terms, showcasing diverse cultural cuisines, beauty spas, unique independent international fashion brands and other
lifestyle shows.

What impact do you hope to leave on the world?
I hope to contribute to human actualization. Throughout life we often lose our openness due to life’s challenges, traumas and fears, as we get further away from our true selves. I hope to help people reconnect with their true essence by learning to love themselves wholly, including the seeming imperfections.

What is the one thing you’ve learned to appreciate at your current age?
I appreciate simple things in life way more than I did when I was younger. It’s truly the simple things in life that bring me joy, like good company, good food, good music, nature and a cozy night in with my husband and our fur babies.
