The week leading up to Father’s Day is National Men’s Health Week. Try these three ways to live longer from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and keep up with the lucky ladies in your life.
Eat Healthy
Take small steps to improve your diet. Focus on adding at least one fruit and vegetable to every meal.
Stay Active
Find a way to move that you enjoy. Join a recreation team or play active games with your kids or grandkids.
Track Your Stats
Be a hero for your loved ones by keeping tabs on your health. Schedule routine checkups and have your blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, and prostate health screened.
