You are as young as you feel. Allow your mindset to guide you rather than the numbers on your birth certificate. Staying active, both physically and mentally, will keep you feeling and looking young. As a fitness instructor, I focus on the FUN factor for the mind; and to keep the body functioning youthfully I emphasize strength, balance and flexibility. Don’t be intimidated by your age! I did my first full splits, backbend and headstand at age 48. Now I’m creating a platform to motivate people of all ages to stay healthy and fit.
