Celeste and Lorena Jaime: Taking the Family Business Further

Celeste and Lorena Jaime

Lorena and Celeste Jaime aren’t just continuing a legacy, they’re evolving it. Working alongside their family, these twin sisters are turning CT Restaurant Group’s five neighborhood restaurants into platforms for impact. From mentoring aspiring Latin American restaurateurs to launching initiatives to support families across Atlanta, they’re expanding what a restaurant can stand for today.

How are you carrying forward your father’s legacy while shaping your own?

We’ve learned to improve our work practices and implement systems that make the entire business more efficient. Our dad has always been known for helping others by giving people in the restaurant opportunities, and now we’re excited to honor him by giving back to the community as a whole through our work.

What inspires your community initiatives?

We did a food drive for the homeless and saw the need and reaction to our efforts firsthand. That’s what made us want to keep these efforts going. We then started the Tacos and Stockings toy drive during the holidays and the Tacos and Backpacks drive to help kids gather materials for the new school year. We saw that so many children in our community were underserved, and we’ve been working hard to change that.

How do your strengths complement each other?

Lorena focuses on the financial side with her background in international business, while Celeste leads the people side with her experience in human services. Together, we balance growth with connection to keep the business strong.
