Seafood Sourced With Care

Sustainable food isn’t only good for the environment, it often tastes better too. With both in mind, Drift Fish House & Oyster Bar has become the first restaurant in Georgia to partner with the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch program. The program’s app allows users to browse over 135 restaurants and grocery stores that only serve sustainable seafood. Businesses must send a list of every fish on the menu and include details about whether it was wild or farm-raised and how it was caught. Kudos to Drift for leading the way.
