Adriana Lately
Veteran Beauty & Wellness Content Creator
Beauty evolves with every chapter, and for Adriana Lately, the journey is where the joy’s at. From becoming a boy mom to exploring Morocco and reviewing the latest beauty treatments, she’s spent the past decade creating content that helps Atlantans move through each stage with style. Here, she reveals her best beauty advice for busy parents, jetsetters, polished professionals and everyone in between.
You’ve traveled everywhere from Denver to Dubai. What’s your low-maintenance strategy for skin and style on the go?
I stick to a simple, consistent skincare routine that prioritizes hydration and SPF, no matter where I am. When packing, I rely on neutral basics that mix easily, one statement piece and comfortable shoes that still feel polished.
You’ve tried hundreds of beauty treatments over the years. Which are worth the investment?
I’m very intentional about treatments that enhance rather than overdo. Sculptra is a longtime favorite because it boosts your own collagen for subtle lift, structure and healthier skin. I pair that with Dysport since I find it kicks in faster and gives me a more natural, refreshed look than Botox. I also recently tried a combination of SkinPen microneedling to improve firmness over time and BioRePeel for texture and tone, and loved the results.
As a busy mom and entrepreneur, how do you squeeze in self-care?
I stopped viewing self-care as optional and started treating it as essential. Sometimes it is skincare, sometimes it’s a coffee solo date or a spa night at home. My advice for others is to learn to let go of guilt. That is the key! Taking care of yourself makes you a better parent, not a selfish one.
Even with the perfect outfit, many people struggle to capture a photo that does it justice. What’s your advice for nailing the shot?
Lighting and movement matter more than posing. Natural light is everything, and adding subtle motion like walking, adjusting a jacket or turning your head makes the image feel more alive and effortless. The best shots happen when you’re simply being yourself and not worrying about getting the “perfect shot.”

Tara Schiphof
NFL Cheerleader & Miss Georgia 2023
For Tara Schiphof, radiance is a regimen. Her life as an Atlanta Falcons cheerleader and Miss Georgia 2023 demands far more than viral beauty tricks—it requires discipline, stamina and unwavering confidence. From flawless red lips to her glow-boosting skincare tips, the former pro ballerina reveals the mindset and routines that keep her shining under pressure.
What’s your secret to looking polished amid a busy schedule?
Preparation is everything! I plan my outfits in advance, keep a structured beauty routine and focus on the foundations of my look—tailored pieces, healthy hair, glowing skin and chic jewelry. When your base is polished, everything else falls into place.
Atlanta Falcons cheerleaders often sport an iconic red lip. What’s your formula for the perfect pout?
Exfoliate, hydrate, line and layer. I start with lip balm, blot and apply liner to shape and fill. Then, layer lipstick (I love Haus Labs lip products) and lightly set with translucent powder before one final coat. Hydration throughout the day is key—beautiful lips start from within!
It takes courage to step into a stadium full of thousands. How can someone channel that same confidence?
Courage comes after you step forward, not before. Don’t wait until you feel completely confident. The more you show up, the more capable you realize you are. Channel nervous energy into excitement, and remember your audience wants you to succeed.
How do you stay disciplined with your gym and beauty routine?
Discipline is about systems, not just motivation. I schedule workouts like appointments and treat skincare as non-negotiable. Weekly, I focus on strength training, mobility and hydration. Monthly, I prioritize facials, hair maintenance and nail upkeep. Consistency is what creates that everlasting glow.
What are your go-to beauty treatments?
I love innovative skincare treatments that boost collagen and maintain glow. I’m currently loving red light therapy and monthly Hydrafacials, but I’ll always stand by the classics: SPF daily, hydration and sleep.

Now in her 53rd year, grounded in grace, poise and deep inner calm, she lets us in on her philosophy of buying better, rewriting the style rules and finding beauty in the everyday.
What hallmarks of quality do you look for when shopping?
I always look for timeless pieces that are well made. For me, that means luxurious fabrics that hold their shape, have strong tailoring, precise stitching, perfectly aligned seams and durable hardware. Quality isn’t just about the price — it’s about longevity, versatility and how good it makes me feel when I wear it. I avoid anything that feels forced or uncomfortable, especially over-the-top trends or pieces that don’t align with my style.
What’s your advice for pulling together an outfit effortlessly?
I keep my wardrobe curated with timeless pieces I truly love and build a few go-to outfits I know will always work. From there, I let accessories, texture and small details add personality and fun. When my closet is thoughtful and easy to mix and match, getting dressed becomes stress-free and more fun.
At 53, you’re more radiant than ever. How have your beauty habits and view on aging evolved?
I’ve always taken great care of my skin—from never sleeping in my makeup to always moisturizing (Chanel Hydra Beauty Micro Creme), wearing sunscreen (IT Cosmetic CC+ Cream SPF 50) and drinking plenty of water. I prioritize sleep, I move my body and I’m very selective about what gets my time and energy. As I get older, I’ve come to see aging as an inside job. True beauty is about how you live, the way you care for yourself and the energy you carry. How you treat people becomes written all over you. So I choose kindness, joy and laughter, and I invest in my peace. I truly feel that peace has a way of preserving you.
What beauty treatments do you find yourself going back to again and again?
I invest in HydraFacials—they deeply hydrate my skin and make it feel more supple—and dermaplaning for exfoliation and removing dead skin cells. After either one, my skin is smoother, my makeup goes on better and I have that extra glow. I recently started (and am loving!!) red light therapy and cryotherapy; I feel rejuvenated after each visit.

Christine Strange
Cancer Survivor & Women’s Health Advocate
After two separate battles with breast cancer, countless draining treatments and one double mastectomy Christine Strange could’ve thrown in the towel and retreated into isolation. But instead she rallied. Assembling a “glam team” of friends and local pros she found a way back to herself and made it her mission to help other survivors feel beautiful. A fixture of Atlanta’s charity scene, dive into Christine’s favorite beauty products, training tips and Atlanta favorites.
What would you say to women recovering from cancer treatment who may be struggling to see their beauty in the mirror?
The first thing I recommend is to get back to the gym as soon as your physician clears you. Exercise raises your dopamine levels and helps you socialize in a healthy way. Then, take time to get your hair done, treat yourself to a facial and stay hydrated with regular IV treatments. I’d also recommend seeing an integrative doctor and spiritual healer to clear the physical and mental blockages caused by cancer. Take walks in nature, take a nap and meet up with friends. The more I got out, the more I started to feel like myself.
Strength training gets a bad rap among women who fear “looking bulky.” How do you see building muscle as a thing of beauty?
I love the confidence lifting weights gives me. After three surgeries and being unable to workout for long stretches, strength training 3-4 times a week got me back in the swing of things. As we get older, over exercising is not your friend. Do less cardio and more resistance training. Muscle building is so important in peri- and postmenopausal women to make up for bone mass and muscle loss.
What beauty products do you swear by?
Skin Beauty by Becca is my guru of all things to look younger after battling breast cancer. I love a good lip stain for no fuss wear and the very best are by Sarai Cosmetics. I always have three of the brand’s Trophy Wife lip stains in my purse!
How are you helping women navigate their beauty and wellness journey “after the bell rings?”
My nonprofit Partnerships with Purpose is dedicated to helping uninsured women get free mammogram
s and connecting cancer survivors with beauty and wellness experts to help them through the next chapter of healing. I plan to host a transformative retreat at my farm in Spring 2027, where women can reconnect to their inner beauty through empowering activities like equine therapy and skeet shooting.

Jeffrey Kalinsky
Jeffrey Boutique Founder & Curator
Jeffrey Kalinsky has never believed in chasing trends. For decades, the legendary retailer has built his reputation on an unwavering point of view—buying only what he loves. As he prepares to return to Atlanta with a more personal, ready-to-wear–focused Jeffrey store in Buckhead Village, he shares why personal style always wins, the staples every wardrobe needs and how the right clothes should make you feel.
How have you stayed ahead of trends and in style for decades?
The easiest way to stay ahead of trends is not to think about fashion that way. Fashion for me has always been about personal self-expression. The things I like have never really changed—it’s just the way you express them that evolves. If you’re not trying to chase trends, it’s much easier to be a tastemaker.
In a warm-weather city where layering isn’t always practical, how do you make an outfit feel styled?
You can’t just put on a jean and a white shirt. You have to style it. Roll the sleeves, half-tuck the shirt, cuff the jeans, turn the collar on the blazer. You’ve got to make whatever you’re wearing your own. The magic doesn’t happen by just putting it on, it happens when you put your personal style into it.
What style advice do you always come back to?
If you love it, buy it. I don’t hem, I don’t haw, I don’t put it on hold. I put it on my body—or see it on a model—and if I love it, I take it off and say, “Let’s ring it up.” Nothing gets into Jeffrey without the “love factor.” And always wear your clothes—never let your clothes wear you. If you don’t see yourself in the mirror, that’s your sign to walk away. The perfect clothes enhance the person, never overpower them.
How have the women in your life shaped both your style and the way you curate Jeffrey?
My personal style was formed in Charleston by the women who surrounded me, and the women in my life today still influence me. I take them with me to my buying appointments. I’m shopping for their lives, where they’re going and how I want to see them in the world. It’s not about making someone over; it’s about the evolution of their style. My clients are my muses. And when you step into Jeffrey you become our stylists’ muse. They’re there to help you pick out the perfect piece for you and your life.
What closet staples should everyone invest in?
A big white buttondown shirt, the perfect jean and a tailored blazer. With those three pieces, you’ve got a couple of outfits that you can wear anywhere for almost any occassion.
Jeffrey’s Go To’s for Timeless Staples
“Toteme makes a really great oversized white cotton shirt, incredible denim and a fantastic oversized blazer. And almost everything from The Row is worthy of the investment—the quality and design are completely timeless.”
